You can update your email address directly
with Paylogic using the payment reference from your order.

Can’t make it anymore?
You can safely sell your tickets through our
official Resale Platform. 

1. Open your confirmation email and click the button at the bottom to go to your order.
    
2. In the menu, select More actions,
   then Resell.
    
3. Choose which ticket(s) you want to resell and set your price. You can sell tickets for up to 100% of the original ticket price (excluding service fees).
    
4. You’ll receive a confirmation once your ticket has been sold. You can also withdraw your ticket at any time, as long as it hasn’t been sold or added to anotherbuyer’s cart.
